In Gomel, a schoolgirl was arrested and placed in a detention center for distribution of psychotropic substances.
As BelaPAN told the information and public relations department of the investigation committee, a student from a 16-year-old school in Gomel is currently charged under Part 3 Article 328 of the Criminal Code (sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances). Part 3 of Article 328 of the Penal Code provides for a sentence of 8 to 15 years imprisonment.
A preventive measure for the schoolgirl was chosen custody.
The information service said the girl was working for one of the online stores dealing with the distribution of psychotropic substances. She made bookmarks.
Another person involved, a 17-year-old resident of Gomel, is also involved in the criminal case. He is also charged.
