On the other day, in the Belarusian media space, information on the detention by KGB agents of Vyturin Andrei Alexandrovich was released. It was a bribe. There was no official confirmation. However, this information is indirectly confirmed by the national legal portal on which was published the presidential decree number 158 of 24 April.
According to the decree, Colonel Vtyourine was removed from office as Deputy Secretary of the Security Council, in accordance with Article 84 of the Constitution of Belarus, for committing a misconduct that discredits the rank of A soldier.
