Leonid Fedun gave a programmatic interview to the "Championship", where he talked about plans to bring "Spartak" to self-sufficiency. The goal should be reached by 2023: it is badumed that the club will cease to depend on its shareholders and pbad into the hands of fans.

The controlling stake will be withdrawn by a new non-profit organization made up of all Spartak fans. First and foremost, this applies to season ticket holders and only regular visitors to the Otkritie Arena. A separate program will be developed for area residents.

We studied for a long time, examined all the examples – both Barcelona and Real, Bavaria and a part of American clubs. Finally, they concluded that Spartak is a national team and that the people should lead it.

We have identified exactly the examples studied by Fedun.

The most famous examples of direct fan participation in the life of the club are Real Madrid, Barcelona and their social network, namely club members officially registered, who pay a fee and have the ability to run the club.

Certainly, SOSOS in Spain is more a tribute to traditions. To date, their contributions represent about seven percent – that of "Real", that of "Barca". Although the contributions are not the most important: about two hundred euros a year.

Murcia is another relatively recent example in Spain. The team was on the brink of bankruptcy and its management decided to sell shares to anyone. As a result, "Murcia" was even a few minor shareholders of Russia.

In Wales, there is the Swansea City Fans Society, which holds twenty percent of the swans. The contribution in society is purely symbolic – ten pounds per season. The company's tasks include support for the football club and elections for the management of "Swansea".

There are more examples in the lower leagues. Wimbledon, Newport, Exeter and many other clubs are also partly run by fans.

Bundesliga

Everything is much more interesting here. According to the laws of German football, fans of clubs own 50% more than one action. The exceptions for historical reasons are Bayer and Wolfsburg.

Admittedly, investors in German clubs have the opportunity to acquire a majority stake. But for that, they have to finance the club for 20 years.

Seattle Sounders was founded in 2007. From the first days of the club's existence, fans have been directly involved in its development. And not formally: fans directly affect the life of the club.

This confidence has borne fruit: "Seattle" is the most visited team in the North American League and the record holder of net profit – about forty million dollars a year.

How will it work in "Spartacus"? Fedun explains

"We will transfer the majority stake in Spartak to a non-profit organization and all fans of the club will be members. Conventionally: We have 20,000 active fans who buy subscriptions and watch games for a long time. They will be in priority. For the regions, we will develop a separate program in which membership fees will be paid. And all these people will have the right to vote, for example, when choosing the president of "Spartacus" in 2023. They will also be able to determine the design of the form, the transfer policy – no matter what. In the near future, we will create a working group that will specifically address this issue, consult with fans and experts to develop the most optimal management format.

And I will become a simple fan, like everyone else. I will not have the right to block decisions and election results. Surely, after that, Spartak will no longer have my personal money. But until this point, all financial conditions will remain. Most likely on three to five the following years after the transfer of the club to the supporters, the title contract with Lukoil will be kept so that the team can continue to live without my participation. The club should be ready for independent swimming and we need to create all the conditions for that, which I will do in the years to come.

My task is this: in 2023, I have to give Spartak to the fans. This is my idea of a fix, I'm starting to work from today.

I announced it to you first. All the rest will be later. In early July, I will meet the fans, we will discuss this subject carefully. I will explain that a person must choose the one who will manage. It is necessary that the legacy I leave: the stadium, the base, the financial system and the profitability budget, everything should work for the future of Spartak, "said Leonid Fedun, president of Spartak.
