It was an ordinary Thursday night. The No. 29 trolleybus followed the usual route and suddenly, among the pbadengers, the driver Andrei Mikhnovets noticed a big boy. Kohl Gramovich, 11, lost in the great Minsk in the afternoon, was looking for about four hours. The situation was complicated by the fact that the boy is autistic and does not speak.
Andrei is 29 years old. We meet at the Kalinovsky Sports Center. Very soon, he will take the plane. The driver is a modest person and does not consider what helped Kohl find him. It turns out that in 2018, it's the second time that he's saving a man. In the spring, Andrei released a woman sinking from the pond.
– 2018 is very unfortunate for me. Maybe these two cases – compensation for everything else – says the young man.
Andrei prefers not to tell what happened to him. The incident with Kolya Gramovich in the search and rescue squadron Angel was reported as follows: at 14:45, the child had to leave the 29th trolleybus at the Volgogradskaya bus stop, but left in the direction of Zeleny Lug.
"That day, her grandmother came into the control room," an inspector approached us. – I wondered if we had seen the boy. She said that at the bus stop, they and other pbadengers were getting off the trolleybus. Apparently, the child noticed that the seats were free and jumped into the living room again. The door is closed – and he continued.
Information about the missing boy, Andrei discovered about four days.
– In the cabin, each driver has a special device: an internal connection with the splitter. An alert came to him, remembers the driver. – The current line has turned in a circle.
A little later, Andrew wrote in the driver's conversation, asking what and how. Someone sent a photo of Kolya. In the photo, a young man and a boy have discovered. It arrived three stops before the last one.
"I saw him in the cabin with other pbadengers," Andrei said. – Originally identified by the constitution. In the indicated orientation, he was 11 years old, looks towards 12-15 and growing rather fat. To notice a big child is easy. And he already drove his eyes to stop. He looked confident, as he knew where to go. But if I tried to go out, I would stop it.
But Kolya was not in a hurry. In the end, all the pbadengers left the cabin and he stayed. Andrew calmly, so as not to scare him, took a picture of himself and threw it into the driver's conversation. Colleagues agreed: it's the same boy.
About the child, Andrew informed the dispatcher. There, he said, they contacted their parents to ask where to deliver the boy. The meeting was scheduled for Yakub Kolas. Then the driver asked permission to go non-stop, announced: for technical reasons, the trolleybus would go no further – and Kohl drove his mother.
In the spring, the story was completely different. At the publisher then called Irina Labkovich. The girl said: in the evening, she and her husband were walking to the edge of the pond near the Kalinowski school and suddenly heard, "Help!
Irina's husband did not know how to swim. In order to help one way or another, he quickly began to look for a solid branch, he wanted to stretch it to a woman. The woman also ran to the checkpoint.
– I rushed to the first trolleybus in which I noticed the driver, – said Irina then. – I say: there is a woman drowning. He rushed there without asking a question. Without thinking, he jumped into the water and pulled the victim towards the shore.
In all this fuss, Irina remembered, she had forgotten to ask for the driver's name, she had really asked him to find and write about it. So, the driver was Andrei Mikhnovets.
"I was swimming well, I had confidence in my abilities," he explained then. – Therefore, I do not think I did anything of the sort.
– Why do you think all this happens? – We ask Andrei.
– I did not think, most likely – a coincidence, – he answers briefly.
