<p>  called "mosaic genetic". For example, only about 7% of its blood cells contain maternal genes. And only 74% of his saliva cells contained only paternal genes. </p>
<p>  Now, at the age of 11, the girl presented a "control sign" of the disease: one leg is longer and thicker than the other. The enlarged leg received more genes "Papa-Papa". </p>
<p>  For 25 other cases, this doubling led to cancer, perhaps because their paternal DNA contained a double part of the genes predisposed to cancer. However, the Czech girl has not yet been diagnosed with this disease. </p>
<p>  His deafness may have been caused by the abundance of "papa-papa" genes, and not those that the doctors initially suspected. It is known that duplicates of this gene are found in about 1 in 50 Europeans without significant health effects. The cause of his deafness remains unknown. </p>
