In the 77th year of life after a long illness, a famous football expert Ivan Savostikov pbaded away

Until the last days of his life, the coach remained at the service of football, acting as an expert in Belarusian media during the World Cup in Russia. As a player, Ivan Savostikov was the owner of the BSSR Cup (1960), the bronze medalist of the USSR Championship (1963), the finalist of the USSR Cup (1965).

As a coach with the Minsk Dynamo, he was a finalist (1999) with Belshina.
