The police are looking for a stranger who stole a sick man from the Institute of Culture. The attacker took the cell phone that the man took to his daughter. This information is reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

The incident occurred on the night of September 11 near the Institute of Culture Station. Unknown found that a man traveling to a transit stop was feeling bad and lost consciousness. The attacker took advantage of the situation and stole the bag.

After that, he went to the station platform, examined the bag, found a new cell phone, took it for himself and left the bag on the bench. This cell phone was carrying a girl as a gift.
