Belarusian died on holiday in Egypt

In early November, a Belarussian died in a hotel in Hurghada, the press service of the Foreign Ministry told TUT.BY. On vacation, she and her husband arrived the day before the tragedy.

The incident occurred on November 7. Irina and her husband rested at a hotel in Hurghada. According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the woman fell off the balcony of the hotel and died. At that moment, the wife was next to her.

– Now the body is at the morgue – says Andrey ShuplyakDeputy Head of the Department of Information and Digital Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. – The Egyptian authorities carry out all the necessary expertise.

The Russian edition of "Turprom" writes that Irina fell from the 6th floor. To rest with her husband, they flew for 11 days. The woman was 38 years old. After the tragedy, her husband returned to Belarus.

"As soon as Irina's body has been donated, our embbady will take all the necessary measures to organize its transport to Belarus," summarizes Andrei Shuplyak.
