Yerevan General Court of Justice released Wednesday a sanction to arrest the nephew of former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan Hayk Sargsyan. Hayk Sargsyan was arrested by decision of the ordinary court.
Hayk Sargsyan is suspected of attempted murder and illegal storage of weapons.
Previously, the National Security Service had been arrested by the press service of the Inquiry Committee. The National Security Service of Armenia announced the search for another nephew of Serzh Sargsyan, Narek Sargsyan, accused of possession of weapons and drugs, as well as to appropriate the property from someone else.
Levon, the younger brother of the ex-president enrichment and escape from the property declaration are also put on the search list.
