How many Belarusians have not started to refund the tax paid on parasitism and have "given" money to the state

The tax authorities examined 26,100 applications from Belarusians wishing to recover the tax paid on the financing of state expenditure. Total returned taxes paid for a total amount of 8.1 million rubles. As of September 30th, these data indicated FINANCE.TUT.BY in the MNF. Recall that the 2015 state expenditure financing tax was paid by 62,700 citizens for an amount of 18.6 million rubles.

About 36,600 Belarusians who have paid this tax have not yet returned their money. The total amount they "gave" to the state amounts to 10.5 million rubles. They all have the opportunity to refund the fees paid.

According to the Presidential Decree number 1 "on the promotion of employment", indicated in the tax, those who have paid the fees to finance the government expenditure must return the money.

To do this, you must write an application for the tax of the place of residence and provide a document certifying the identity. The tax authorities report the money either to an account in a Belarussian bank or to cash at the counters of the Belarusbank. The money will be refunded within one month from the date of the request.

It should be recalled that at the beginning of February this year, more than 19,000 Belarusians, who had paid a tax on parasitism under Decree No. 3, had applied for a refund of the tax paid. They returned about 6 million rubles.

For the first half of 2018, the tax has examined more than 23,000 applications from Belarusians wishing to recover the tax paid on the financing of public expenditures. Total returned nearly 7 million 370 thousand rubles.

January 25th of this year Alexander Lukashenko Decree No. 1 signed, which provides for measures in favor of employment. The new decree did not include the rules on the collection of state expenditure from unemployed citizens who are able to work. In this case, persons previously recognized as paying this tax are exempted from paying it.
