Andrey "Bupas" Ivichuk was born in Kobrin, studied at BSUFK, became a sports master in boxing, and in 2011 he suddenly moved to Moscow. In the world of boxing, Andrei is known as Bupas.This nickname appeared in Belarus at school – a clbadmate has found a nickname without meaning to Andrey, who took root fast.
For the first time in boxing training, Andrei came only at age 15. After school, he studied at the University of New York. State of Belarus Culture and Sport and acted as an amateur boxer.
– I achieved my goal – I have filled the standard of the sports master. Why was this important to me "It probably sounded cool," he says ironically. – I never thought I would become a trainer. But after university, you had to make money.
In Kobrin, Andrey trained 300 rubles a month and used all the opportunities of the Brest border to work. He remembers how he drove cars for cars, drove goods from Poland.
– Everyone mutilated, twisted. And I thought I would do pretty much the same thing: it's hard to live hard for a coach's salary from a coach in Belarus. Some friends asked me what I did not want to do for Moscow. And at that moment, I did not understand why I needed it. And the city itself did not like it.
But in 2011, plans and personal circumstances changed – Budas deployed 360-degree life and settled in the Russian capital. I found a job in a fitness club with a salary of 30 thousand rubles.
"I train from morning until late at night"
We communicate with Andrei at the height of the working day. In the background, we hear powerful shots of Ivichuk's protections in the punching bag. He admits himself that he is working for the "last days" on "morally strong".
– I only have one day off – Sunday. The rest of the days I spend in the lobby, early in the morning until late at night. The last time was on vacation a year ago – a week spent in Turkey. And before that, I was resting three years ago. Honestly, at the moment I'm fed up with the room, but I feel responsible for training the athletes. Someone from my boxer is still preparing for important battles.
Now, Ivichuk has 15 students and his own obsession hall in Moscow. Bupas is called the most fashionable boxing coach in Russia, although he is skeptical about such a feature.
– I like it better when they call me one of the best boxing specialists. The definition of "fashionable" is immediately badociated with beautiful clothes, and looking good is not my professional goal, "says Andrei.

– A big boxer is a star. And to make a star in any sphere is expensive.

– For training in boxing, you only need headphones. The seasonal equipment for hockey will have to give a lot more money.
Andrew agrees that recently boxing has become a fashion among HLS adherents in Belarus and Russia.
– In the west, boxing has always been in fashion. At home, fights and boxer movies began to appear in such volumes much later. We stayed away from this subculture. Now our people see that the stars are engaged in boxing and also want to feel involved in this sphere.
"After Moscow, I wonder: how could I have lived in Kobrin before?"
Andrei Ivichuk often travels to Belarus to my mother, daughter, sister and niece. But I do not want to go back to my homeland.
– I can not imagine myself now that I could live in Belarus. Probably, everything is learned by comparison. After Moscow, I wonder: how did I live in Kobrin before? Boring, nothing to do. But at the first opportunity I come to visit my parents.
When asked if the coach plans to open his hall in Belarus and develop boxing here, Andrei replies:
– In Belarus, boxing is still alive. If anyone wants to open a branch of our lobby in Minsk, it would interest me. But to do it myself, there is still not enough strength and time.
