In Belarus, they decided to take those who are sent to work in other countries. Thus, the problem of "tangible" labor migration is addressed by the Federation of Trade Unions. The organization is convinced that, in order to contain it, it is necessary to "provide modern recycling conditions while increasing Belarusian wages".

<p>  According to the unions, while in In Belarus, only 25% of citizens regularly increase their level of education, in Germany this figure is 85%. </p>
<p>  They are prescribed in the general agreement, which is concluded between the Government, the Federation of Trade Unions and the employers' badociation. The parties intend to approve the draft agreement this fall. </p>
<p>  It should be recalled that this year Belarus created a working group to prepare a national migration strategy. As planned, the project will be prepared before the end of this year. The working group included representatives of the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Labor and the Federation of Trade Unions. </p>
<p>  <span style= Belarusians began to go abroad more often. Thus, in the first quarter of this year looking for work abroad, 2,187 people left, and for the same period last year – by 348 people less. In 19659010, 1,030 Belarusians found employment in Poland in January-March 1966 – 686 persons, in 19659009 Lithuania – 308, in United States – 46, in 19659009 in the Republic Czech – 45, in China – 19, and in Qatar – 13.
