In Grodno, a builder with a cradle fell from the roof of a five-storey building and died.

On the morning of November 28, during the repair work of the five-story building located ul. Kurchatov in Grodno from the top of the 5th floor fell construction cradle and the builder, who was on the roof, writes the local portal NewGrodno.

An ambulance arrived at the scene, but the doctors had to note the death of a 43-year-old man.

– When performing roof work, a man who was working under contract From now on, all documentation and all equipment are removed, which will look for any defects, said the deputy head of the second department of the inter-district department of the Grodno inquiry committee Dmitry Kulak.

The organization that won the call for tenders for construction works is located in Minsk. The Grodno authorities had claimed to work in other facilities run by the company. The audit revealed a number of violations. It is not known yet whether there were violations on the construction site where the tragedy occurred.

Staffing was provided not by a Minsk organization, but by a private contractor from Berestovitsky District.
