The agency Minsk-News has discovered how many bridges and overpbades in Minsk, responsible for their maintenance, and how the structures of the road will be extended.

The specialized company Goravtomost maintains 103 bridges and viaducts located on the Moscow ring road and in the city itself. They have a completely different age: 12 can be considered young – they are under 10, 28 between 11 and 25, 37 in a middle age group: 26 to 50 and 16 can be considered as older – over 50 years old. Some structures during its existence have been the subject of major repairs and reconstructions.

Mainly in our city, bridges and overpbades in reinforced concrete. The life of such a structure as a whole can go up to 100 years, but its individual elements have a different shelf life. For example, the roadway of urban bridges is 7 years old, that of walls (balustrades) is 20 years old. However, like any living or artificial organism, they require periodic review and preventive treatment. Who does this and how often?

"Surveys should be conducted every 5 to 10 years, depending on the type of structure: small, medium, large," says the deputy director of the state enterprise "Garavtomost". Evgeny Fey. – Mainly in town – bridges or bridges of medium size (up to 100 meters long), they must be inspected once every 10 years, large, once every 5 years. We do not have a lot of fat. Exams are performed in the current content of the structures. The specialized organizations are engaged in such an audit: BeldorNII, the research part of the National Technical University of Belarus, organizations accredited for this type of activity. On the basis of the results of the investigations, a technical report is being prepared, which gives recommendations for further operation, in which it is clearly indicated what needs to be done before recasting.

For example, timely patching of pavement, repair and painting of structures with various inhibiting protective primers and impregnations, which provide additional protection for spans, beams and supports, can extend the life of the pavement. 'a structure.

The most difficult thing is to repair the installations located above the railway line: all work is done only at certain times, always with the agreement of the staff of the Belarussian Railways. We have to rent a motorcycle.

Now, for example, there is a major overhaul of the bridge on Masherov Avenue and the reconstruction of the overpbad on ul. Kizhevatov in the area of ​​the emergency hospital. The latter is completely updated (they modify the beams of the superstructure, supports), the work began this year and should be completed afterwards. In fact, a new structure will appear in the same place. The reconstruction is linked to the construction of the third subway line, which will be held here.

In addition, 13 additional bridges and viaducts require major repairs. A work plan has been developed to update them and is currently being approved by the Executive Committee of the City of Minsk.

From now until the end of the year, it is planned to start repairing two works: the 25th km of the Moscow ring road on the Minsk-Brest railway and the 3rd km of the Moscow ring road over the railways leading to Moscow. The preliminary documentation of these objects is being coordinated.

Twelve overpbades are under consideration, for example at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and Ul. Pritytskogo, Moscow Ring Road, etc. By now the end of the year should finish this job.

"On the instructions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, we carry out an unplanned audit of all road structures in the city," said Fay Fays. "Therefore, by the end of next year, 85 more bridges will be studied. The list does not include only those that have recently been verified by experts.

Old viaducts to repair: over the railway at the junction of Zhukova Ave. – st. Aerodrome (this is one of the longest viaducts, 460 m long), in the street. Railway, Zaporizhzhya, Vaupshasova, Moscow and Chkalov, along Zhukov Avenue by ul. Railway; on the Moscow ring road at the 4th and 19th kilometers (above the Minsk – Gomel railways). In addition to road construction served by the GP "Goravtomost", the city has bridges and railway viaducts, which are operated by BelZhD. And some bridges in parks and squares (mainly pedestrians) are on the rest of Minskzelenstroya.

The question of the state of the bridge structures was raised at the first operational meeting of the city's executive committee, organized by the new chairman of the executive committee of the city of Minsk, Anatoly Sivak.

"We have to organize the works in order to be able to visualize all the problematic artificial structures in Minsk, including the pedestrian and railway tracks," said the chairman of the executive committee of the city of Minsk.

He added that not only their technical condition, but also the aesthetic one should be evaluated. The function control on all the bridges of the capital Sivak offers to concentrate in one hand: to badign them to a specific service.
