Since 2006, a ban on gambling has been introduced in Russia, with the exception of certain regions. But the draws are not formally forbidden. That is to say that the organization of the game in these areas becomes a violation of the license and that for this the office can be completely closed by revoking the license.
The decree of the Government of Russia "amending the regulation on license activities for the organization and conduct of games of chance in bookmakers and lotteries" entered into force on 2 April 2019 Two months, the sector games of chance were badigned to the re-registration of documents.
