Santa Retail LLC has entered into 11 investment contracts for the construction of new stores in the Vitebsk region for a total of about 12.6 million rubles, according to PrimePress.
The company will build two stores in Orsha, one in Barani (Orsha District), Postavy, Ushachi, Dokshitsi, Novopolotsk, Sharkovshchina, Liozno, Miory and Svetloselsky agrotown (Shumilinsky district).
On average, the total area of each store will be about 800 square meters. Some stores will start building this year. However, the works are scheduled for 2019-2020
It is not excluded that Santa Retail and the Regional Executive Committee enter into additional investment agreements for the construction of networked stores in d & # 39; other regional centers in the region.
Santa Retail is the retail unit of the Santa Alexander Moshensky group of companies, whose main badets are the production of dairy products and fish – Savushkin Product and Santa Bremor. The network includes 80 stores in Belarus.
