In the afternoon of July 28, police arrested a grade 10 student with one kilogram of cannabis. A criminal case has been opened. This was reported by the press service of the Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Executive Committee of Gomel Oblast.
"A 15-year-old student in the tenth year of age was arrested near the central district station, and with him the young man had a polymer bag containing a dried and crushed substance of plant origin. Examination showed that there is a dangerous narcotic substance not used for medical purposes – marijuana.The guy explained that the hemp found near the village of Soltanovka and ripped for its needs, "said the police.
The total weight of the substance seized was 1,193.61 grams. In addition, the militia went to the place indicated by a teenager and destroyed another 15 kg of wild hemp.
A criminal case was opened under Part 1 of Art. 328 of the Byelorussian Criminal Code. A teenager faces five years of imprisonment
