In Belarus, it is proposed to introduce a deduction of social tax for income tax in the amount of expenditure for medical services. Among the arguments – a possible innovation will have a stimulating effect on the development of paid medicine, will provide an increase in the volume of its services and a reduction in budget expenditures for health care. But the authorities are not yet ready for such changes. FINANCE.TUT.BY asked the Belarusians if they are ready to move to paid medicine and mbad registration of medical insurance.
– Why only the paid medical services sector should be developed at the expense of benefits? Again, if the price of the question behind such a potential is only 13% of the income tax, why should not paying health centers consider a proper reduction? their costs and not transfer that decision to the state? – noted earlier in the Ministry of Taxes and Duties.
