Martial law will come into effect today (28 November) for 30 days, starting at 14:00, in ten regions of Ukraine, on the border with Russia and Moldova, located along the Black Sea coast and Azov sea.
The reason for the introduction of martial law was Russian-Ukrainian conflict in the Kerch Strait. On 25 November, the FSB arrested three Ukrainian vessels and arrested 24 sailors. In order to "forcibly block" the ships, the Russian border guards used weapons. Three Ukrainian soldiers were wounded. A criminal case has been opened for violation of the border with Russia.
