Henceforth, to qualify for grants, the Russians will no longer need to provide documents confirming the presence or absence of a judicial act. The debt inspection will have the authorized body. For this, a database containing all the necessary information will be used.
It should be noted that the law will come into force 10 days after its publication. The exception will only concern some of the provisions for which a different period is provided.
In early November, the law was approved by the State Duma at third reading. The Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin, said the initiative "aims to restore social justice".
