– As of this morning, 38 other citizens of the Russian Federation have returned to Minsk from Kiev. Nine of the 38 Russians returning to Minsk have used foreign airlines. According to TUT.BY, the international airlines of Ukraine also fly between Minsk and Kiev.
The Belarusian State Border Committee notes that there is no return of Russians traveling to Ukraine via Belarusian land crossing points.
