The inspectors recalled that for the participation in the road traffic of vehicles not equipped with winter tires, the administrative responsibility was provided in the form of a warning or a fine of up to 0, 5 basic value (12.25 rubles). If the residual size of the sculpture is less than 4 mm, the driver will receive a warning or a fine of up to 1 basic value (24.5 rubles). In the case of the same repeated violation during the year, the penalty will be 2 to 5 basic values (49 to 122.5 rubles).
