Mikita Mikado of the Belarusian start-up PandaDoc on her Facebook page has announced an initiative for people who want to go to the IT industry. The developer is convinced that his idea can help those who dream of working in technology, but they are stopped by paid courses and programs.

IT will pay all the benefits and courses needed to study programming, design, project management, etc. further. The limit of the amount is $ 1000. According to Mikado, on average, these are two or more courses, if you look at the proposals in Minsk

But there are three conditions. First, you must speak fluent English. Second, you must be willing to learn zealously. Third, you must promise that by becoming a computer scientist, you will help three of the same newcomers as you, ie, broadcast the initiative launched by the founder of PandaDoc.

Candidates must record a video and complete a questionnaire. In total, five people fall into the "game".

Finally, Mikado suggested to famous people of the Belarusian computer industry to join the idea.
