The decree provides for the abolition of the sign "thorns", road traffic accidents ("accidents") on "europrotocol", correction of the identification mark concept "Invalid", clarification of the concept "Pedestrian".

The signed decree removes the driver's obligation to install the "Spikes" identification mark on motor vehicles with crampons.

The sign "Points" has lost its relevance because, at present, the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle movement are largely determined by other factors.
