An Irish amateur club "Ballybrek" announced on its Twitter the death of a player, Fernando Nuno Lafuenta, in a road accident.
The match "Ballybreka" with "Arklou Town" was postponed and a minute of silence was announced before the other league matches.
But later, the club is excused for providing false information. It turned out that the player returned to Spain after a motorcycle accident and discovered the "death" of this man. Lafuenta accepted Ballybrek's apology for reporting his death, and the club itself announced that the employee who had posted wrong information on social networks had already been fired.
