He provided fictitious fees for false structures in raw materials, materials and equipment allegedly acquired in the territory of Belarus by bank transfer. </p> <p> Thus, the costs of buying the goods were overestimated, which resulted in the non-payment 90 thousand rubles. </p> <p> With respect to the director, a criminal case was opened under Part 2 of Art. 243 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (evasion of the payment of taxes in a particularly large amount).
