The national junior volleyball team of Belarus (U-20), with a defeat of Finland 0: 3 (15:25, 26:28, 20:25) started at the Championships of Europe, taking place in the Netherlands and Belgium.
The match in Group I started for the neighborhoods of Oleg Mikanovich with encouraging figures on the scoreboard – 11:10, but the Finns won six points in a row and were led by 16:11. Belarussian rivals managed to seize the initiative. The Finnish team closely followed one of the leaders of the Belarusian team Vladislav Davyshiba, trying to block his shots from the fourth zone. Despite such pressure, Davysiba became the most productive player of the game – 18 points and 74% of the balloon's efficiency.
The Finns outperformed Belarusians in the match – 10 points

In Group I Belarusian volleyball players will play against Portugal (15 July), Germany (16 July), the Czech Republic (18 July) and the Netherlands (19 July). The top two teams will enter the semi-finals and meet the top two teams in Group II, where Russia, Poland, France, Turkey, Italy and Belgium play
