With the introduction of a reduction factor, user fees will be reduced up to 4 times, said Mogilev SEC in the Housing and Utilities Management of the Regional Executive Committee of Mogilev. The reduction factor will be valid throughout the region and regardless of the subordination of hostels by departments.

The decision made by the Regional Executive Committee will be forwarded to the Department of Justice for review. The innovation will come into effect after the official publication on the national legal Internet portal.
