Since the budget resolution has not been adopted since Saturday, some departments will close.

The resolution, which was considered by the Senate on Friday, was pbaded the day before by the House of Representatives, including spending $ 5.7 billion for the construction of a wall on the border with Mexico insisted US President Donald Trump. At that time, 217 members of Congress expressed their support for the resolution, 185 opposed it. However, Democrats in the Senate warned that they had enough votes to block any resolution providing funding for the wall on such a large scale. No compromise was reached that day.

At the present time, US lawmakers have not adopted a budget for the 2019 fiscal year, which began in the United States as of October 1.

It was necessary to approve it before the end of the day of 21 December (Saturday at 08:00).
