The participants in Wednesday's meeting to finalize the Tax Code reviewed the controversial provisions of the draft, took note of the remarks of the presidential administration.
Previously, two working groups worked on amendments and additions to the tax code, which are the responsibility of the Ministry of Finance and the Council of Ministers. The new working group will have to badyze the prepared version of the Code again, discuss controversial issues and develop a joint opinion on them, Mikhail Myasnikovich said. At the same time, the main requirement for the document remains unchanged: the tax system must be transparent, simpler and more understandable for individuals and businesses.
Given the task set by the President, the draft new version of the Tax Code should be finalized by the House of Representatives of the National Assembly by December 7, 2018 within two days. weeks.
