On November 26, the Verkhovna Rada supported the introduction of martial law for 10 days in 10 regions of Ukraine. In the original version of the decree, which was signed by the president of the country, Petro Poroshenko, the date of imposition of martial law was indicated on November 26 at 14 hours and the validity period – 60 days. After the Rada vote, the date was clarified – November 28 at 9 am and the deadline was reduced to 30 days. November 27 are different dates for the start of martial law in Ukraine, and it is also difficult to know where to get acquainted with the text of the decree.

On November 27, the government newspaper Uryadovy Kurier (after publication in the publication of the documents) issued a decree of President Poroshenko approving the NSDC's decision to impose martial law for 60 days from November 26.

Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Ivanna Klimpush-Tsintsadze said that it is an error.

"Wrongly typed. The leaders will be disciplined. This decree was totally canceled, "she wrote to Facebook.

According to her, in the publication of tomorrow (28 November), the law and the corresponding decree will be promulgated.

Head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Expression and Information Policy, Deputy Head of the Popular Front faction Victoria Syumar announced that the document approving the presidential decree on the introduction of martial law would be published in the parliamentary newspaper "Voice of Ukraine" on November 28. Now it is being finalized.

The basis of the documents of the Verkhovna Rada shows that the law, agreed the day before in parliament, was signed neither by the president of the parliament nor by the president. It was previously reported that martial law was introduced in four stages: the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine prepared and submitted proposals on the imposition of martial law throughout the country or in his part; The presidential administration drafts a decree, the president signs it; The decree of the Verkhovna Rada approves; it is announced.

Initially, the presidential decree suggested the introduction of martial law for a period of 60 days. After consultations in Rada, he was reduced to 30 years. At the meeting with the Verkhovna Rada, Poroshenko said that he had imposed martial law by decree on November 28 at 9 o'clock. The country's parliament voted for this option.
