When choosing a job, the Russians call the main criteria of good wages and compliance by the employer. The top three employers were Gazprom, the Russian Railways (RZD) and Rosneft, according to a survey conducted by the TASS's Pan-Russian Center for Public Opinion Research (VTsIOM).
"In general, over the past six years, the importance of each of the criteria that would guide Russians in choosing their potential employer has decreased. At the same time, the key is a good salary (4.69 points out of 5 possible) and the speed of the company's obligations (4.66), "the report says. No less important, respondents cited criteria such as compliance with safety standards when organizing a workflow (4,57), a favorable psychological climate (4,52) and the ability to implement their knowledge and skills in the workplace (4.50).
The practical agenda and comfortable working conditions (4.46), the presence of a social package (4.36), stability (4.33) and the effectiveness of enterprise management ( 4.14) close the list of the most important criteria.
9% of respondents would like to work in one of the energy companies (eg RusHydro or FGC UES). Norilsk Nickel (9%) would choose the same amount as a potential employer. "An additional 7% would prefer VTB and VTB 24. Less often, respondents chose companies providing cellular services – MTS (3%) and Beeline (2%). According to the data, respondents also mentioned employers such as Rosgosstrakh (3%), Wimm-Bill-Dann (2%) and Evrazholding (1%).
