For a few days it has been, very hot even. And this is only a beginning since we are told a new epic event from the middle of this week. In the southeastern half of France the 40 ° could unfortunately be reached by the next weekend. And inevitably everyone tries to "refresh". This is especially true at night because it must be recognized that it is very difficult to sleep in such circumstances.

And some opt for a fan that turns all or part of the night. Except that we must not do it. Not only does it make noise, it consumes energy but it is also bad for health. This is particularly true for people with allergies and asthma.

And according to the magazine "Sleep Advisor Magazine", operating a fan during sleep, it increases the risk of irritation .

And it is constantly stirring air that our "friend" fan helps dust and other pollen to seep into the sinuses, eyes, mouth, etc … It's all the more true that his propellers are rarely dusted, right?

The eyes slightly open during sleep and it is a risk of irritation almost badured. But this does not end here. The dust and pollens propelled by the fan can also be invited in your mouth (dry throat when waking up) and your sinuses (nasal congestion, headaches, etc …).

And as if that were not enough Mark Reddick, a specialist in "Sleep Advisor Magazine", explains that the fan at night can also dry the skin and cause cramps by making the muscles stiff and sore.

In short, sleeping with a fan is strongly discouraged!
