The virtual mobile network operator Join, which operates from Luxembourg, will cease trading in Belgium on 1 December. Join had already stopped the sale of his subscriptions and prepaid cards in Belgium since August 1, 2018.
Join's customers were invited to subscribe to Base / Telenet, with whom the company had signed a partnership at the launch of its activities in Belgium at the end of 2014 and of which it had been using the network until now.
This cessation of activities entails the closure of four of the operator's shops – in Liège, Namur, Hornu and Messancy. Only the staff of the latter store will be integrated with the teams in place in Luxembourg, the other 7-8 people being fired.
