Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe today released the first developer notebook for the upcoming horror game, The Dark Pictures Anthology – Man of Medan developed by Supermbadive Games, studio author of Until Dawn.
This first notebook focuses on the creation and development of one of the aspects considered the most important of the game: the ghost ship. During the video, we go behind the scenes of the creation of the latter in the company of the game team, which explains various things ranging from the noise of the latches of the door to the way the sound is reflected inside the ship, going through the concept and the influences that are behind the creation of the ship.
As a reminder, the title looks like a series, with a first episode that is Man of Medan. In the latter, four young Americans took to the sea to go in search of a wreck of the Second World War, following intriguing rumors. As the day ends and the storm looms, their journey will obviously take a horrifying turn.
