Mazda took advantage of the Los Angeles Auto Show to unveil the new generation of its Mazda3. Expected arrival in 2019!
This new Mazda3 adopts the latest SKYACTIV architecture of the manufacturer, which allows him to enjoy a new look and a completely revised interior. Available in hatchback and sedan versions, this new generation gains between 7 and 8 centimeters compared to the old version. In all cases, the wheelbase evolves by 25mm.
In Europe, the offer will start with a new Skyactiv-D 1.8l and a Skyactiv-G of 2.0l cubic capacity. It will of course be possible to opt for an automatic transmission or for a six-speed mechanical gearbox. Later, a Skyactiv-X version will be presented. The latter will be provided with a slight hybridization.
On board, the dashboard opts for a horizontal architecture. In the middle of the dashboard, we find a new touch screen of 8.8 inches.
