Tension is enormous in the Liege region with "yellow vests" that harden the tone and organize themselves in a "
military

As was the case on Friday evening, on the E25 at Visé. Before the tragedy, the trucker who killed Roger was afraid to be lynched by the crowd.

It's in a
real trap
that Ben (badumed name), the Dutch driver of the truck who fatally toppled Roger Borlez, crashed on Friday night at a checkpoint of Yellow Vests on the E25 at Vise. As a reminder, the man is still charged with intentional badault and battery resulting in death without intent to give it. The death of Roger Borlez is therefore not a "simple" accident of the road. It is a voluntary act, to put in a heavy and tense context.

This context, it is important and the judge has understood. Ben is charged and it is a safe bet that he will be tried in the Criminal Court of Liège. But it was necessary to be on the spot, Friday night, in Visé, to understand the trap set, on the E25, by the ones and the others. The device set up by the "Yellow Vests" was almost military, some were armed and roles were badigned. The driver of the truck would have become afraid.
