On Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at around 10:30 am, Mounzer Ahmad Mokhtar, a 26-year-old man, left his home on Grand Route in Beyne-Heusay on foot. He has not since shown himself.
Mounzer is approximately 1m75 tall and is slender in build. He has brown hair and ears peeled off. He is mentally retarded and particularly likes to walk.
At the time of his disappearance, he was dressed in blue jeans and a green hooded jacket.
