According to a survey conducted by Tempo-Team, almost one in two workers in a company facing the shortage is open to a change of employer. And this shortage is also threatening businesses from the inside: the happiness felt at work is decreasing while the desire to change employers is increasing.

More than half of Belgian companies today face the shortage of manpower. This is in any case what emerges from a large survey conducted by Tempo-Team in Belgium. And this is felt on the ground. In fact, 4 out of 10 employees say they have more work than before.
