The dead body discovered last Thursday in a Laeken apartment is that of Philippe, a 53-year-old estate agent. The victim died after a heated argument with his partner, Julien, a 32-year-old Brussels boy. The two men would have come to blows causing the death of Philippe. "The suspect was heard by the investigating judge who charged him with murder," said the Brussels prosecutor's office. Julien was placed under arrest warrant and will appear before the Brussels council chamber on Wednesday 28 November.
According to a source close to the investigation, Julien was not only the companion of the 53-year-old victim, Philippe, but also one of his tenants. "They had a love relationship for about six months that was truly fusional.
