A violent fire broke out at 7 am on Wednesday morning at rue Louis Sablon in Limelette.

Pascalwho jumped from the first floor and got hurt. A neighbor, witness of the scene, is in shock.
Firefighters barracks Wavre, Nivelles and Overijse were called to intervene, around 06:45, in the house located along the street Louis Sablon.
MoniqueAn 81-year-old woman died, according to the police, but shortly before 11:00 am, rescuers were still unable to recover her body. The latter is indeed still on the floor of the building that now threatens to collapse. A stability expert is also expected at the scene.
Pascal, the son of the victim, was injured jumping through the window of the floor and was transported to the hospital. A resident who witnessed the scene is in shock.
The two terraced houses were impacted by the disaster whose origin remains to be determined. One because of the extension of the fire, the second by water damage.
