It looks more and more like the Bengals will not have Joe Mixon for their match against the 49ers.

Mixon, who suffered an ankle injury in the first week, was unable to train on Thursday after missing Wednesday's session. He managed to work on the rehabilitation field both days, but unless he trains on Friday, it's hard to see him play on Sunday.

The same goes for Cordy Glenn, who is still recovering from a concussion suffered during the pre-season. However, he too has been working on the field of rehabilitation this week, a sign that he is about to return.

ONE J. Green has taken a big step forward to recover from an operation at the ankle by performing field rehabilitation work today. This is the first time he has been on the field since his ankle injury in July, on the first day of training camp. I think we'll see him play in Week 4 against the Steelers or Week 5 against the Cardinals.

Regarding the 49ers, Nick Bosa has not left the team yet and seems very questionable to play Sunday. He struggled against a sprained ankle in the pre-season and was injured again in the first week. If nothing else, Bosa probably sits down to make sure he does not have another setback with 14 games to play.
