Berks family who welcomed quadruplets: everyone is healthy and prosperous | Good news

A couple from Berks County decided they wanted to start a family, but they never dreamed of its size.

69 News first told you about Maxine and Jake Young last year, so we thought we’d see the family again as the kids got older.

It all started when the couple got married and started talking about children. They hoped to have biological children but also wanted to be a foster family.

Not even a month later, they received their first placement call. It was for three siblings who needed emergency placement.

It all happened in July 2017, and shortly after welcoming the siblings, the couple received a second phone call.

The siblings had a little sister. They said yes to him right away.

Maxine and Jake then discovered that she was pregnant. Henri was born in October 2018.

The adoption of the siblings – Aiden, Parker, Connor and Elliot – was finalized in December 2019.

There is more…

After Henry was born, Maxine and Jake knew it was not very likely to have more children naturally, but they were in for a big surprise.

They soon found out that they were pregnant, and this time with four babies.

This makes them a family of 11.

The quadruplets – Silas, Theo, Beck and Cecilia – just turned 1 on July 31. They celebrated their birthday and are enjoying the summer. Now that school is back, they are picking up the pace of school.

The family has been busy. They recently moved into a new house.

Maxine says that as she thinks back on all of this and how it all started, she thinks of how lucky they are to have a beautiful, loving, blended family. Everyone is healthy and prosperous, and she says it’s a miracle.

The family shares their adventures on YouTube, The Young VLOGS Family.
