ST. CLAIRSVILLE – St. Clairsville was almost unstoppable at the start of the 2021 women’s soccer season. The Red Devils had won their first five contests without much resistance. However, that all changed on Wednesday night at the cloud-covered Red Devil Stadium.
Steubenville, who dominated the second half, netted a well-executed corner in the last minute of play to stun the Red Devils and secure a 1-1 draw on the artificial pitch.
“I feel like in the first half we were unlucky and we were a bit in their head,” he said.
