SANTA MONICA, California, June 7, 2013 – John Zawahri, a 23-year-old digital media student, kills his father and brother, sets his house on fire, then kills three people at Santa Monica College. The shooter kills himself.
NEWTOWN, Connecticut, December 14, 2012 – Adam Lanza, 20, kills his mother, then kills 20 children and six adults before killing herself at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
