The show, which is billed as the live-action version of the hit movie Crazy Rich Asians, premiered on January 15 – and already fans got it all and weighed in on the plot and the stars on social media.

The show includes several scenes documenting Kelly’s relationship with Andrew, who played the Red Power Ranger in Power Rangers Megaforce from 2013 to 2014.

Andrew’s unstable behavior sends the couple into therapy, where Kelly ultimately decides that she doesn’t want to continue the relationship anymore – although at the end of the series, she is seen returning home, leaving their romance status a mystery.
But while the reality TV star may have been able to forgive and forget her partner’s outbursts, viewers of the Netflix show were horrified by his “ abusive ” actions.

“Andrew wants privacy so he can abuse Kelly in private without consequences,” said another.
Warning! Several say his abusive behavior triggers and Netflix should include a warning

Several even urged Netflix to add a warning to the show for sensitive viewers.
One explained, “ Bling Empire needs a trigger warning about abusive relationships when it comes to scenes with Kelly and Andrew. I don’t like to watch reality TV and worry about someone’s safety all the time.
Speaking about her relationship with Distractify after the series debut, Kelly said, “ In Asian culture you don’t air your dirty laundry … whatever happens at home it’s supposed to stay there. inside.
“ So for us it was just the dynamics of the relationship between Andrew and me. Most people didn’t know how difficult it was sometimes. People kind of see our happy times when we’re away, but there are a lot of difficult times.
However, she would not want to say if they are still in a relationship.
Their Instagram accounts, however, hint that they may have officially called for quitting. Although they both shared numerous photos between 2015 and 2019, their last photo together appears to have been posted in 2019.
