Onlookers will be in for a treat this week as they look up to the sky for a blue moon and a bright Saturn and Jupiter.

According to NASA, the next full moon of the summer will be on Sunday when the “blue moon” rises in the night sky.

The space agency said the moon will appear full for about three days, from about Friday night through Monday, appearing for Earth on Sunday.

The moon will not be actually blue, but according to NASA, it may have got its name when dust in the atmosphere causes the moon to appear actually blue.

On Thursday, Jupiter will appear as the brightest and closest.

On Friday, you will be able to see the rings of Saturn.

According to NASA, to spot them both, you’ll need a telescope.
