Bob Odenkirk gives fans an update on his health after suffering a “little heart attack” that caused him to collapse on the set of Better Call Saul in New Mexico in late July.

‘I am very well. I’ve had my own “It’s a Wonderful Life” week of people who insist the world is a little better, the 58-year-old actor began in a tweet Friday.

Odenkirk ended his brief update by sending fans his “love” and thanking them for their best wishes.

Odenkirk last updated his audience on July 30, when he revealed details of his health scare on set, adding that he was “It will be fine” and would be “back soon”.

Better Call star Saul also thanked medics who were able to “fix the blockage” without having to perform surgery.

His note began, ‘Hi. It’s Bob. Thank you.’

The actor then shared, “To my family and friends who have surrounded me this week. And for the outpouring of love from everyone who has expressed concern and concern for me. It’s overwhelming. But I feel the love and it means so much.

The star then shared the details of her traumatic experience.

“I had a little heart attack,” the Hollywood veteran confirmed after much speculation about his incident.

“But it will be fine thanks to Rosa Estrada and the doctors who were able to repair the blockage without surgery. In addition, the support and assistance from AMC and SONY throughout this operation has been of a higher level. I will take some time to recover but will be back soon.

DailyMail.com confirmed earlier this week that the AMC star was rushed to hospital on Tuesday after an incident while filming her hit series in New Mexico.

Odenkirk was filming a scene on location in Albuquerque when the incident took place.

Sources told TMZ the actor fell in the middle of the scene and the crew immediately called for an ambulance.

The Emmy-winning actor is currently filming the sixth and final season of his spin-off Breaking Bad, which began production on March 10 of this year.

The series centers on lawyer Jimmy McGill [Odenkirk] who over the course of many years of misadventures and questionable ethical choices rebrands himself as mischievous criminal lawyer Saul Goodman in Breaking Bad.

Earlier on Friday, his friend and costar David Cross spoke out.

Cross, 57, took to Twitter to give fans a positive update on the actor’s condition, saying he was “doing fine” and “joking, yapping and joking.”

“I just hung up with Bob and he’s doing great! Joke and bark and joke, ” Cross tweeted.

Adding: “He and his family are overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and concern that everyone has shown. You will hear from him soon. But he is doing great !!! ‘

Fans were awaiting an update on the health of Better Call star Saul de Cross who had previously promised to keep people updated.

“I’ll share what I know when I can, but Bob is one of the strongest people I know both physically and spiritually. He’ll be fine, “he tweeted earlier this week.

Cross and Odenkirk are longtime friends who created and performed together for four seasons in HBO’s Mr. Show comedy sketch series with Bob and David.

Bob also made a cameo appearance as a marriage therapist on the cult David Arrested Development sitcom.

After his collapse this week, Cranston, 65, took to Instagram to express his concern for his former colleague.

“Today I woke up to news that made me anxious all morning. My friend Bob Odenkirk collapsed last night on the set of Better Call Saul, “he captioned a photo of the two.

“He is in the Albuquerque Hospital and receiving the medical attention he needs, but his condition is not yet known to the public. Please take a moment in your day today to think about him and send positive thoughts and prayers in his own way, thank you.

Aaron Paul, who starred in Breaking Bad as Jesse Pinkman, appeared relieved in his Instagram Stories post, which he shared after Odenkirk confirmed he was recovering.

‘I love you my friend! You are a treasure, ”he wrote, accompanied by a photo of Bob and screenshots of his reassuring tweets.

Better Call Saul executive producer Peter Gould previously confirmed that the show’s final season will feature 13 episodes instead of the usual 10.

“From the start when we started this I think all of our hopes and dreams were to be able to tell the whole story,” Gould said in a statement.

He added, “And make it a complete story from start to finish. We’re going to try like hell to stick the landing of these 63 episodes. ‘

The final season is scheduled to air in early 2022.
