The relationship between Bobby Fish and AEW is not unique after all.

Fish had been with WWE on NXT brand since 2017. He has had success on the show as part of the Undisputed era. He has held the NXT Tag Team Championship twice. Fish was released from his WWE contract with many other NXT talent following budget cuts.
