Boeing 777X fails safety test: Another Boeing aircraft has a problem

The problems with the 777X come add to more serious problems for the Boeing 737 Max, the company's best-selling aircraft, which has ordered more than 4,500 jet planes.

Nearly 400 jet planes already delivered have been immobilized since mid-March, following two fatal accidents that killed the 346 people on board. Boeing hopes to get permission to fly the aircraft by next month. A precise timetable for when regulators will allow it to fly is unknown.
